At JAM, we care about your personal information, which is why we have developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and share your data. This Privacy Policy applies to the JAM mobile application and related services (“JAM”/the “Service”). By using JAM, you agree that JAM collects, uses, and shares your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
When you use the Service, JAM may collect the following personal information about you.
To register an account with JAM, we request and you provide your age to comply with digital consent age requirements.
You register with JAM using certain services, such as Google, Facebook, or Apple. This means that JAM may receive information about you from Google, Facebook, and Apple, including your email address and phone number.
You can manage your JAM account and social media accounts in the app settings.
After registering your JAM account, a profile (“Profile”) will be created for you. Your Profile will be populated with the information you provide.
The information you submit, such as your name, username, and profile picture, is displayed in your public Profile. Your age, gender, phone number, and email address are not included in your public Profile. Other JAM users may view your public Profile data when using event information you have added to JAM.
Your Profile will also contain information about your achievements and events while using JAM.
By default, your Profile is public and visible to other JAM users as well as anyone on the internet. Consequently, third-party websites or automated data collection systems may access, collect, and use your public information for their own purposes.
When you use JAM, details about your activity are recorded. We may record usage patterns of JAM (such as clicks, scrolling, and text input), technical parameters (such as device type, operating system, screen resolution, script errors, IP address, app language, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) on Android, Android ID, Android serial number), geolocation (if you have enabled access in the settings), time zone, session start and end times, and identification numbers (IDFA, IDFV, and advertising identifiers).
