This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the Jam navigation application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") (except when you are reading these Terms of Use for the first time), and is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and us, the Administration of the navigation application "Jam" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration").
1.1. The Application provides the User with information services, including route planning, traffic information, speed limits, and other navigation-related functions.
1.2. The use of the Application is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Installing, accessing, or using the Application means that the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The Administration has the right at any time to request from the User documents confirming the data provided by him during registration in the Application. If the User does not provide supporting documents, the Administration has the right, at its discretion, to block or delete the User's account and refuse the User to use the Application or its individual functions. If the User's data specified in the documents provided by him does not correspond to the data specified during registration and does not allow identification of the User, the Administration has the right to refuse the User access to his Personal Account and use of the Application.
1.5. The following terms and definitions are used in this document and the resulting or related relations of the Parties:
Content — reference and informational materials provided by the User, other materials, including text, graphics, audio, video and other materials, as well as other objects of copyright and/or related rights.
User is a capable individual who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
Agreement — this agreement with all additions and amendments.
Personal Account is a personal section of the Application that the User gets access to after completing registration and/or authorization in the Application.
In this Agreement, the terms are interpreted in accordance with the text of the Agreement. In the absence of an unambiguous interpretation of the term or definition in the text of the Agreement, one should be guided by its interpretation, defined: first of all — by the User Agreement, second of all — by the Privacy Policy, third of all — by the norms of law specified in clause 14.1, and subsequently — by business practices and scientific doctrine.
2.1. License terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your non-commercial purposes (the "License").
2.2. Your License comes into effect from the moment you confirm the Agreement and will be valid in full until its termination, as indicated below.
2.3. Termination on your part. You can terminate your License immediately by deleting the App from your device. You understand that any termination may result in the deletion of your user content. We are not responsible to you in any way for any termination of your License, including the removal of your user content. Only if we continue using the App will you be able to download the App again, however, the user content will not be restored.
